After COVID-19 made last year’s Homecoming unlike anything we’d seen before, all your favorite traditions are back for 2021: Mass Meeting. Pigskin. Bonfire. Parade. Football. Yes, Homecoming Week is finally here!
It all begins Monday with Homecoming Chapel and Vertical Worship on Fountain Mall, followed by Dinner with the Livingstones and a free concert from Apollo LTD on Tuesday night. The festivities continue Thursday night with Mass Meeting and the first of four Pigskin Revue performances, followed Friday night by 25- and 50-year class reunions, Singspiration, the Bonfire, Pep Rally and Extravaganza. Saturday opens with the nation’s largest collegiate Homecoming Parade, followed by Baylor football hosting soon-to-be Big 12 foe BYU at 2:30 p.m. at McLane Stadium (limited tickets are still available!).
In addition to the main events listed above, various schools and departments are hosting open houses and alumni gatherings; check the Homecoming calendar for complete event listings and details.
(Can’t make it back for Homecoming? You can still join in the festivities, even from afar! Get your tickets now for the Pigskin At-Home Experience on Friday; watch the parade live via KCEN on the Baylor Facebook page Saturday; and find a watch party near you for the football game on Saturday!)
As you plan your weekend visit, note that I-35 construction continues to affect routes around campus; visit waco4bmap.org for the most up-to-date info.
Sic ’em, Baylor Homecomers!
